terrorist content;

extremist content;

illegal drugs;

illegal weapons;

fraudulent schemes.

HSN may provide:

digital gifts;

content promotion;

premium features;

advertising services.

Users are solely responsible for their content.

HSN is not responsible for:

user-generated content;

user disputes;

actions of third parties.

HSN may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable to HSN operations.

HSN may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of HSN constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
